Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.
Pack with Care
Securely place the fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure it arrives undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, removing any old shipping stickers.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
